In this prenatal, you will learn what the process of Childbirth looks like from the moment you are in early labor all the way to holding your baby in your arms. We will go through each stage of labor, what it looks like and what your body is doing every step of the way. I hope that it gives you the confidence in knowing that this is exactly what your body was created to do!
In this prenatal, we will go over all of the different options you have to birth your baby. We will cover interventions and educate you on the pros and cons of them. We will also go over what your expectations and desires for childbirth are. The goal is to create a birth plan where you can make educated decisions that will bring you the most joy!
In this prenatal, we will cover pain relief techniques and relaxation methods that will promote labor and help you have an empowering and joyful birth experience. Whether you want to have a medicated, unmedicated, hospital or at home birth, it is important to know how to move in tune with your body in order to reach comfort in the different stages of labor. This is also a great opportunity to educate your labor partner on how they can support you throughout the entire childbirth process.
In this prenatal, we will go over the importance of balancing the body and positioning of your baby. We will utilize jiggling, stretching, and exercises that prepare your body for labor. Balancing your body is great for a sore back and hips, a malpositioned baby, wanting to prepare before an induction, prodromal labor, stalled labor or just because it feels great!
As your Doula, I will be available 24/7 via text upon signing of your contracts for any support and questions you may have regarding pregnancy and labor. I will be available to you the entirety of your labor where I will support and coach you through childbirth!
